We are looking for a Supervisor, Financial Planning & Analysis who will leads a team of FP&A professionals responsible for Enbridge’s enterprise-wide budget, monthly consolidated forecasts, and three-year long-range plan, delivering accurate, consistent, and executive-ready materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

What You Will Do:
- Provides comprehensive analysis and insight on consolidated results and key business drivers, highlighting critical risks and opportunities and bringing management focus to underlying issues across the enterprise.
- Prepares, reports, and presents consolidated budget and forecast materials to senior management (CAO, CFO) and supports the development of Board-level materials and presentations.
- Manages, coaches, and motivates a team of four, providing clear priorities, effective review and quality control, and development opportunities to build capability and support career progression.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with business unit asset teams and key corporate partners (e.g., Business Development, Treasury, Tax, Risk, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, and Financial Reporting) to validate assumptions and ensure projections reflect a collective outlook.
- Partners with Internal Financial Reporting to ensure actual results, key findings, and accounting developments are appropriately reflected in forward-looking forecasts (and vice versa), as applicable.
- Oversees capital budget and forecast reporting, including preparation of the quarterly Unbudgeted Capital Board memo.
- Leads and supports ad hoc financial projection projects to meet the needs of other corporate groups (e.g., pro forma financial statements for credit rating agencies, earnings-at-risk projections for Risk Management, and other internal requests).
Who You Are:
- Related university degree and CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive accounting and/or FP&A experience, ideally within a complex organization.
- Strong analytical judgment and curiosity; able to validate inputs, challenge assumptions, and connect variances to underlying business drivers.
- Clear, credible communication skills (written and verbal), translating complex financial topics into concise, executive-ready messages.
- Proven people leadership and mentorship; ability to set priorities, provide effective review and coaching, and develop talent across a team.
- Experience working with enterprise planning tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Oracle EPBCS, or similar) and comfort using systems/data to improve planning processes and controls.
- Experience modelling and consolidating complex, multi-business and/or multi-legal-entity organizations.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and comfort partnering with Internal Financial Reporting on actuals-to-forecast considerations.
Preferred:
- Additional credentials/designations (e.g., MBA, CFA, or similar) could be an asset.
- Experience in corporate finance, investor relations, and/or corporate development.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with low to moderate travel within North America.
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven role with recurring monthly outlook cycles and peak periods during quarterly Board deliverables and the annual budget/long-range plan.
