Accounting Administrator North York, ON

A well-established contracting company that partners with leading general contractors and developers on large commercial and residential construction projects are growing their team. They're looking for an organized and motivated Accounting Administrator to help support their accounting team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience, work alongside an experienced team, and build a long-term career within a stable and growing organization.
What You'll Do Process accounts payable invoices and prepare payments. Prepare customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable. Reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts. Assist with month-end accounting and bookkeeping activities. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Support payroll administration as required. Respond to vendor and customer inquiries. Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
