Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your pension expertise.

Qualifications Fluency in both spoken and written French and English. Experience in pension administration, preferably within a Defined Benefit pension environment. Strong client service and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to explain complex pension information in a clear, professional, and client-friendly manner. Experience working in a client-focused environment where relationship building is a priority. Professional pension designations such as RRA, CEBS, RPA, PPAC, GBA, RRC, or RFRA are considered strong assets. Candidates interested in pursuing professional pension education are encouraged to apply.

Benefits Competitive salary with annual step progression. Comprehensive health and dental benefits. Defined Benefit pension plan. Three weeks of vacation plus floater days. Employer-supported professional development, including pension-related certifications and designations. Stable permanent employment within the public sector. Collaborative, supportive, and knowledgeable team environment. Convenient downtown Toronto location with excellent public transit access. Meaningful work that helps members confidently plan for retirement and their financial future.
