Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Associate to manage financial reporting and data analysis for a global operation. The role involves processing high volumes of transactions and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to senior management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives. • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and compliant processing of transactions. • Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial reporting to external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting. • Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate reports. • Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
