Job Summary Our client is seeking a Project Manager I – Change Management to support a large-scale business transformation within the Affinity H&D program. This is a business-focused, non-technical project management role responsible for driving change adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and project coordination across multiple business functions. This role offers excellent exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives and provides the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across the organization while helping deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience.

Key Responsibilities Change Management Lead change management activities throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, training, and adoption initiatives. Conduct change impact assessments across business units and operational teams. Identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies to drive successful adoption. Project Management Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Partner closely with Program Managers and Project Managers to integrate change activities into overall delivery plans. Prepare project status updates and governance materials for leadership. Ensure business objectives remain aligned with project execution. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and executive presentations. Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority. User Experience & Business Readiness Support front-to-back user experience improvements across customer and internal processes. Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and UX teams. Translate complex business changes into user-friendly communications and training materials. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Track adoption, engagement, readiness, and business outcomes. Collect stakeholder feedback and recommend process improvements. Support transition planning and post-implementation sustainability.

Core Technical Skills Required 2–3 years of Project Management and/or Change Management experience Experience supporting business transformation initiatives Stakeholder management across business and leadership teams Change management planning and execution Risk, dependency, and milestone tracking Project coordination and governance support Communications planning Training and change adoption activities Business process improvement Workshop facilitation Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs Experience within consulting or advisory environments Experience working across business and technology teams Insurance or Financial Services industry experience User adoption and organizational change management Nice to Have Experience supporting customer journey or user experience initiatives Familiarity with operating model transformation Exposure to digital transformation projects
