Responsibilities
Reporting to the Controller, your role will be to coordinate, support, and carry out a variety of accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the work of the accounting team (3 employees); Participate in the processing of accounts payable; Prepare group billing and ensure follow-up on accounts receivable; Review, verify, and approve payroll; Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations; Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries; Perform account analyses and prepare financial reports; Analyze variances between actual results and budgets; Validate and prepare supporting documentation for the presentation of financial statements; Actively contribute to other ad hoc or recurring financial projects as needed.
Qualifications, Skills, And Competencies
Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role; Experience in the hospitality and food & beverage industry is considered an asset; Demonstrated proficiency with information technology systems; Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and standard accounting software; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly responsible; Versatile with the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities; Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, solve problems, and meet deadlines; Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail; Collaborative leadership and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Hôtel 4 étoiles situé à Sainte-Adèle dans les Laurentides offrant 135 unités réparties en 3 sections. Nous avons aussi un centre de soin de santé, un restaurant, un bar, un terrain de golf 18 trous, club de tennis et encore bien plus! Les activités sur le site sont nombreux et variés, incluant une piscine intérieure et extérieure, terrain de volleyball, tennis, golf, basketball, pétanque et jeux de galets. L'hiver, il est possible de faire du ski alpin, ski de fond, raquette, patin et randonnée à même le site. L'hôtel a près de 10 000 pieds carrés d'espace de réunion, répartit en 11 salles pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 300 personnes ou 30 kiosques!
