Within the Human experience and Performance sector, you will be part of a team specialised in HR Analytics and Systems and you will report to the Senior Manager – Analytics. Prerequisites A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience Experience in human resources analytics (people analytics) and delivering analytical projects Knowledge of human resources practises and experience in an organisational context Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) and ability to perform advanced multi-source analyses Experience transforming data into concrete business recommendations Experience in carrying out analytical projects carried out in collaboration with HR VPS, HR business partners and other business lines. Coaching experience and analytical skills development
