NKINDA is an ambitious DeepTech startup and an emerging player in the digital transformation of critical infrastructures. Our mission is to support organizations in their transition to the era of AIOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) through our cutting-edge, disruptive, and proprietary technological solution: GSA SRE .
Currently in its pre-launch (seed) phase, NKINDA possesses proven technology demonstrated through successful projects, a robust architecture, and massive disruptive potential. To accelerate our international commercialization and fundraising efforts, we are seeking our future Co-Founder & CEO .
General Objective of Investment Research
This fundraising and search for partnerships aims to set up the company on an international scale by fulfilling the following missions:
Strategic Objective: To finance the official establishment of our global Headquarters (HQ) and our R&D Centre in Canada , in order to establish our institutional and technological credibility. Business Objective: Build a strong brand image for our solutions and begin expanding into the North American (United States, Canada), European, and African markets.
The Solution: GSA SRE GSA SRE is not a traditional Item Management System (EMS). It is a disruptive solution combining SRE and NetOps. The Concept: An end-to-end automation and standardization platform, entirely driven by Artificial Intelligence. Added Value (ROI for the customer): A drastic reduction in MTTR (Mean Time To Recovery) of more than 70% and a guarantee of 99.99% service level agreements (SLAs) thanks to our exclusive "Zero Touch" module (resolution without human intervention). Key Capabilities: SRE Network and System: Agnostic, multi-vendor automation covering IP/MPLS networks, 5G core networks, and data centers. Anti-Fraud and Revenue Guarantee (Revenue Assurance): Granular and real-time analysis of flows (Diameter, SS7, Gx/Gy interfaces) to instantly stop revenue leaks and diversions.
Associated Key Services (NKINDA Services) In addition to software licenses, NKINDA offers a high value-added services ecosystem: Customized integration of the GSA SRE solution. New generation Managed Services (MSP): NOC, SOC, GNOC. Expert audit of network and telecom infrastructures. Deployment of network and telecom infrastructures.
Areas of Intervention (Target Markets) Telecommunications: Optimization of 5G core networks, IP/MPLS, IN (Intelligent Network / Converged Billing Systems), VAS and proactive fraud management. Finance and Banking: Ultra-secure transaction flows and Mobile Money platforms. Energy and Industry (OT): Secure SCADA connectivity, industrial IoT deployment and infrastructure management for Smart Cities.
Profile and Mission of the Co-Founder Sought We are looking for a partner with a startup DNA , possessing a high-level network (C-Level / Board members) and proven experience in complex Business Development (B2B Enterprise).
Required Financial/Network Profile: You must meet one of these two criteria: Capital Provider: Ability to invest personally (Business Angel) to finance the seed phase. Investment Network: Demonstrated ability to connect NKINDA with Venture Capital (VC) funds, Private Equity funds or institutional investors to successfully close a funding round (Seed / Series A). Business Expertise : You have proven experience in strategy consulting or business development of complex technological solutions. Network ("Address Book"): You have a solid and activable network with IT directors, technical directors (CTOs) or security directors (CISOs) in both locally and internationally. Tech Culture: An understanding of the issues of SRE, Cloud, Cybersecurity and automation is essential to engage in dialogue with experts.
Your Strategic Objectives: Structuring and Financing: Conducting local and international fundraising missions to finance our growth. SETUP: To manage the establishment of the Head Office (HQ) and our R&D Center in Canada , in order to establish our technological credibility. Go-To-Market Strategy: Build and execute the branding and penetration strategy for target markets: United States, Canada Europe . Key Account Business Development: Identify, approach, and persuade elite decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, CISOs) in target sectors. Present the added value of GSA SRE and convert Proofs of Concept (POCs) into recurring business contracts. Tender Management (Tenders): Leading responses to complex tenders, both public and private, for major IT/OT infrastructure projects.
What we offer (Compensation Model) As NKINDA is in the pre-income phase, this position does not initially offer a fixed salary. It represents a genuine entrepreneurial opportunity for a business builder. In exchange for your expertise, your network and the achievement of your objectives (fundraising / signing contracts), we offer a very attractive compensation model: A significant stake in the company's capital (Equity). A revenue share model for the contracts that will be signed.
