"Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, aligned with banking and wealth management use cases Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Configure and customize FSC features such as Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Management Implement business automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, and validation rules Build and maintain integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Ensure data security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and compliance with financial regulations Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, and production support. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Prepare and maintain technical documentation and adhere to Salesforce best practices Required Skills & Qualifications. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Metadata). Proven experience implementing Financial Services Cloud in banking, insurance, or wealth management programs Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a regulated environment Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and data governance Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
