What You’ll Be Doing

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a commercial insurance team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support talent development through mentorship, performance management, and succession planning.

Business Growth & Portfolio Management

Drive profitable growth and retention across the commercial portfolio. Partner with producers, account management teams, and insurance markets to deliver strong client outcomes. Support business planning initiatives and help execute strategic growth objectives.

Operational Excellence

Ensure service standards, turnaround times, and client expectations are consistently met. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency. Provide guidance on complex commercial matters and support escalated situations when required.
