Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with demonstrated initiative and the ability to drive changes in practices, behaviours, and organizational capabilities beyond the direct team. Proven people leadership, vendor management, and financial management experience, including ownership of product roadmaps, technology lifecycle, contracts, licensing, budgets, and cost optimization.
