About the Opportunity Support the Senior Manager, VP Finance, and senior leadership in executing financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to surface insights and recommendations that drive clinic-level and overall company growth and profitability. Play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for individual clinics. Serve as a day-to-day financial resource for Regional Operations leaders, translating financial data into actionable guidance. Build effective working relationships with operational stakeholders to understand business drivers and surface financial risks and opportunities. Collaborate with operational teams on performance improvement initiatives, with a focus on labour optimization and cost efficiency. Prepare detailed financial analyses including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling to support decision-making. Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards to monitor clinic-level financial and operational performance. Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities and escalate findings with recommended courses of action. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across financial processes, reporting tools, and systems. Take ownership of assigned workstreams with a high degree of independence while maintaining strong communication with the Senior Manager.

About You Bachelor’s degree in business or economics or related discipline Minimum 3 to 4 years of previous accounting, finance CFA or CPA is a strong asset Proven strong financial modeling skills Advanced knowledge in MS Excel Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI Basic knowledge of developing query/coding for data analytics, such as SQL, DAX, etc. Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all levels of management Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize and report information Ability to work independently but as a part of a team Excellent interpersonal skills You’re comfortable working in a pet friendly environment, when visiting the office

Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000 / year
