About the role

Job Description : Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Securities Settlement Analyst to support daily settlement operations and ensure all settlement activities are completed accurately, timely, and within market deadlines.

Key Responsibilities : Ensure all settlement activity and processes are completed with accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within market time frames. Provide a high level of service by responding promptly and accurately to daily queries and requests regarding Security Trade Settlement. Respond to specific requests received via email, query tracking systems, telephone, or email. Perform accurate and complete reconciliation for End of Day / Ledger Balancing. Demonstrate the ability to adapt to tight deadlines occurring within Securities Settlement. Escalate immediate concerns and risks to the Management team as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications : University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of Financial Services or Securities Industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications : Accounting Designation (CPA or equivalent). MBA or related advanced business qualification.

Technical Skills : Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Proficient.

Soft Skills : Team Collaboration Communication Skills Attention to Detail Time Management Problem Solving

The expected base salary range for this position is $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
