We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of a next-generation Loss Forecast Platform supporting regulatory stress testing, retail credit risk, and enterprise loss forecasting initiatives. This role will partner closely with Risk, Finance, Technology, Model Development, and Model Validation teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver scalable, compliant risk solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Loss Forecast Platform aligned with business and regulatory objectives. Partner with Risk Management, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized product backlog. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies while collaborating closely with Scrum teams. Drive delivery of new platform capabilities supporting CCAR, DFAST, retail loss forecasting, and enterprise risk initiatives. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business and regulatory requirements. Ensure platform capabilities support strong data governance, model governance, auditability, and regulatory compliance. Work closely with Model Development and Validation teams to integrate forecasting models into the platform. Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve functionality and user experience. Communicate product progress, priorities, risks, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Leverage AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve product delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or Business Analysis experience within Financial Services. Hands-on experience supporting CCAR, DFAST, regulatory stress testing, or enterprise loss forecasting. Strong knowledge of retail credit risk, including credit cards, mortgages, and consumer lending products. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional technology teams. Ability to create and manage product backlogs, user stories, sprint priorities, and product roadmaps. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with business, technology, and executive leadership. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or MBA Experience with Model Risk Management and regulatory frameworks such as SR 11-7. Understanding of risk modeling concepts including PD, LGD, and EAD. Experience with SQL, data analytics, and large-scale data platforms. Familiarity with AI-assisted product management tools and modern risk technology platforms. Experience delivering enterprise risk or regulatory technology solutions within large financial institutions.
