Purpose of the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, planning, and business analysis activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing financial and product-related reporting while supporting business decisions across accounting, sales, marketing, and operations

Salary range: $70-85K

Key Respons Support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting Prepare, maintain, and enhance financial and operational Update and distribute daily and monthly management reports Assist with the preparation of month-end reporting packages Conduct investment and project analysis Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and field support. Identify and implement financial reporting process improvements Support the annual budget and business planning activities Maintain financial databases and reporting tools
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting Must have 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience within manufacturing, distribution or industrial environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Experience with ERP systems Experience with Hyperion or similar financial systems
