About the role
Temporary position for 12 months The incumbent assists, support and advises caisse managers in selecting, applying and implementing human resources solutions, practices, programs, policies and tools. More specifically, you will be required to: Advise managers to help them identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans Analyze data, assist with studies, help develop recommendations and prepare reports.
