Agile Project Manager (ServiceNow)
About the role
LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager – ServiceNow for a 12-month contract with its Ottawa based customer.
Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work approximately 2 days per week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa
Key Tasks Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow Agile operating model Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams Partner with Product Owners to support backlog planning, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities Coordinate quarterly Big Room Planning sessions and improve planning processes across the platform Develop and maintain delivery metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI Establish governance processes that support a growing enterprise ServiceNow platform Manage dependencies, risks, capacity planning, roadmap alignment, and strategic initiatives Prepare monthly executive reports covering project status, risks, issues, financials, team performance, and delivery progress Own financial tracking, forecasting, timesheet management, and budget reporting using Planview and Excel Support annual planning, forecasting, and procurement activities in collaboration with leadership Champion continuous improvement and Agile best practices throughout the organization
Key Qualifications 10–15 years of Agile Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives 5–10 years of experience managing ServiceNow teams or large-scale ServiceNow platform implementations Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for planning and delivery management
Qualifications Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, governance, planning, and delivery management Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving organizational change Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Experience with Planview is considered an asset Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated environments (asset) Bilingualism in English/French (asset) Experience implementing or supporting scaled Agile frameworks within enterprise organizations (asset)
Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
