About this Opportunity On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join a fast-paced team supporting national sales initiatives. In this role, you'll provide pricing analysis and financial support for customer RFPs, RFQs, and complex business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies, build financial models, and support rebate programs that drive business growth and profitability.

What You'll Do Support day-to-day pricing analysis and approvals for resale, maintenance, and cabling opportunities. Prepare pricing responses for customer RFPs, RFQs, and other commercial requests. Develop financial models and perform detailed profitability analysis for large and complex opportunities. Recommend pricing strategies that improve win rates while maximizing profitability. Build business cases and executive approval packages for strategic pricing decisions. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal teams to deliver timely customer proposals. Participate in sales funnel and pipeline discussions to provide early pricing support. Monitor competitive pricing, market trends, and win/loss analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Support vendor rebate programs through forecasting, optimization, and reporting. Perform predictive analysis using sales trends and business performance data. Maintain pricing documentation and provide insights to improve pricing processes and automation initiatives. Assist with sales funnel management and identify opportunities to improve pricing operations.

What You Bring Strong financial analysis and Excel modelling skills, including cash flow analysis and advanced spreadsheet functions. Experience supporting pricing, financial analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis functions. Ability to build financial models and business cases for executive decision-making. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have Previous pricing or commercial finance experience. Experience supporting RFP and RFQ processes. Knowledge of vendor rebate or incentive programs. Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives. Telecommunications industry experience. Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.

Project Focus Supporting day-to-day RFP and RFQ pricing activities. Managing and optimizing vendor rebate programs. Financial modelling and pricing analysis. Supporting pricing automation and process improvement initiatives.
