As Director, Commercial Lines Mid-Market – Prairies, you will influence business outcomes, guide strategic decision-making, and position the team and portfolio for success.

If you are great at: Strategic leadership and portfolio planning Driving the achievement of corporate objectives Building strong broker and client relationships Levering portfolio insights to inform business decisions Leading, coaching and developing high performing teams Driving operational excellence
And you have: 10+ years of Underwriting experience 5+ years experience in a people leadership role Strategic leadership style Team-first mentality We'll show you that we put you first.
