Summary

We are seeking a Fulfillment Officer to join our team in Barrie. Based in office, the Fulfillment Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that client applications are processed efficiently and accurately, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with lenders and clients to gather necessary documentation needed to close their mortgage transaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
• Support the sales and underwriting team with administrative tasks related to loan fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services or mortgage fulfillment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience with mortgage fulfillment is a must.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
