Job Description: Location: Toronto Duration: Fall (Sept – Dec- 2026) Type: Student Full Time Range: $18.50 - $28.50 We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to own components of deliverables supporting research and analysis on gaming, lottery, land-based gaming, and organizational health contributing to key decisions for OLG enterprise-wide that will be presented to key members of OLG’s leadership team (e.g. C-Suite, VP, etc.). . YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Enterprise Strategy & Innovation Lead, you will be empowered to: Support strategic analysis and recommendations through hypothesis-led problem framing, research and analytics. Support financial modeling, scenario planning, and market sizing to uncover high-impact opportunities. Craft compelling, executive-level presentations and insights that shape leadership decisions. Shape OLG’s direction by contributing to corporate planning (e.g., annual business plans, Quarterly Business Discussions, Enterprise and Divisional Objectives and Key Results, etc.). Champion cross-functional strategic initiatives, deploying data-driven solutions that transform business outcomes. Prepare strategic briefings and engaging with government/regulatory partners. Learning and growing with a wonderful team while working on challenging/exciting problems. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME Education & Experience: Currently enrolled in an MBA program. Understanding of strategy development, financial modelling, and corporate planning. Understanding of basic business concepts (e.g., market sizing, benchmarking, business metrics, etc.). Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Understanding of industry research, problem solving, and analytics methodologies. Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, for storytelling and data analysis. A team player - a collaborative, agile mindset with a passion for gaming, entertainment, and public-sector strategy. Relevant Skills: Technical: a strong aptitude for structured and unstructured problem solving and quantitative analysis. Strategy & Execution: Resourceful and analytical approach to problem solving in ambiguous situations, with a drive to deliver in tight timeframes. Integrity and trust: do what is right and operate with transparency and openness.
