The Director, Finance & Accounting is a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and accounting operations of Precedent Land Canada. Working closely with the President, the Director provides financial leadership and insights that support business growth, profitability, and sound decision-making. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong accounting practices, processes, and internal controls while helping drive the continued success of this growing, fast-paced division. The expected annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - 165,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a short term incentive program.
