Key Responsibilities Review financial documents including performance reports, statements, dashboards, and structured datasets Extract and structure insights from quantitative and qualitative financial information Design grounded analytical tasks with clearly defined, verifiable outputs Develop objective rubrics to evaluate financial reasoning accuracy and interpretation quality Ensure rigor, consistency, and clarity in structured task design Refine frameworks used for large-scale financial reasoning evaluation systems

Core Requirements Strong understanding of finance concepts including corporate finance, reporting, or financial analysis Ability to interpret structured financial data and multi-layered performance metrics Experience working with financial models, dashboards, or reporting systems Strong numerical accuracy with high attention to detail and logical consistency Ability to define objective evaluation criteria for analytical outputs Strong written communication for structured financial documentation

Additional Strengths Exposure to investment analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance functions Familiarity with financial reporting standards and decision-making frameworks Experience in audit, consulting, or structured evaluation environments
