Mortgage Agent (Level 1/2) - Ontario: Keeper Financial Inc.

Keeper Financial Inc. is a growing, FSRA-licensed Ontario mortgage brokerage. We're hiring mortgage agents of all levels to join us as we build out our team. A great opportunity for someone who wants the flexibility of running their own book of business, backed by direct access to the Principal Broker and a built-in lead pipeline.

About the Role: As a Mortgage Agent with Keeper Financial, you'll work independently to originate, structure, and close residential mortgage deals for your own clients, using our brokerage's licensing, systems, and lender relationships. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role.

What You'll Do:

• Source and manage your own client relationships and referral network (realtors, lenders, past clients, personal network)
• Work leads generated through the brokerage's marketing channels, when assigned
• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate mortgage products and lenders
• Submit and manage deals through Filogix and our brokerage application platform
• Ensure all files meet FSRA/MBLAA compliance and documentation standards
• Provide clients with clear, professional guidance through the mortgage process from application to funding

What We're Looking For:

• Active FSRA Mortgage Agent Level 1 or Level 2 licence (or actively enrolled in/completing an FSRA-approved licensing course)
• Self-starter comfortable building and managing your own client pipeline
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ontario-based, with a mailing address that can receive registered mail

Nice to Have:

• Existing referral relationships with realtors or other lead sources
• Prior experience in mortgages, real estate, or financial services
