About the role

Controller HealthTree Vitamin & Supplement Warehouse Reports To: President Location: GTA West, Ontario (Hybrid)

Build the Finance Function of a Growing Canadian Business HealthTree Vitamin & Supplement Warehouse is a rapidly growing Canadian health and wellness retailer with a strong presence across retail, e-commerce, consulting and Amazon marketplace channels. As our business continues to expand, we're investing in the people, systems, and processes that will support our next stage of growth. While we've built a strong operational foundation, our finance function is still in its early stages. We're looking for a hands-on Controller who is excited by the opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up. This is not a role where you'll inherit an established accounting department with mature processes and a large team. Instead, you'll work directly with the President and leadership team to build the financial infrastructure of a growing business. You'll establish scalable accounting processes, implement best practices, develop meaningful financial reporting, improve visibility across the organization, and help determine what the future finance organization should look like as HealthTree continues to grow. If you're someone who enjoys building, improving, and making a lasting impact, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our company.
