With +10,000 associates and a strong track record of operational excellence, this organization offers an exceptional platform for a senior finance leader to make a meaningful impact.<br> <br><strong>What our client has to offer:</strong><ul> <li>Excellent compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $275,000 <li>Hybrid - 2 days in office, option of 3 days remote <li>100% bonus as well as LTIP <li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits <li>A robust pension plan <li>A collaborative environment where professional development and mentorship are highly valued. <li>Career growth opportunities </ul><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Share end-to-end P&L accountability for the North Region with the regional President <li>Build and lead a high-performing client financial management team embedded within a Shared Services structure <li>Own the full cycle of financial planning - annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and market leadership on financial performance, trends, and risk <li>Establish and oversee a strong internal control environment to protect financial integrity and manage reputational exposure <li>Drive acquisition activity from initial evaluation and due diligence through to post-close integration <li>Champion technology and process innovation through a 3�5 year regional roadmap <li>Oversee pricing, contract administration, and client billing accuracy across the region <li>Manage corporate office infrastructure including leases, capital spending, and capacity planning <li>Administer executive incentive programs including bonus structures, equity pools, and commission plans <li>Lead and develop up to ten direct reports across finance and accounting functions</ul> <br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business; MBA and/or CPA preferred <li>15+ years in FP&A, operational finance, and accounting within large-scale or regional operations <li>Proven track record driving process improvement and business results at scale <li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills <li>Experience with acquisition evaluations, due diligence, and integration <li>Travel required across Canada and the United States</ul> <br>This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client's organization.
