Senior Financial Analyst We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making within a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. Build financial models and analyze business performance trends. Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI. Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights. Support management reporting, KPI tracking, and business planning initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve reporting and decision-making. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting experience. Experience within a law firm, accounting firm, consulting firm, or other professional services environment is considered an asset. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills Advanced Excel (financial modeling, Power Query, VBA). Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization. SQL and data analysis experience. Experience working with ERP and reporting systems.
