Position Overview A reputable public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Senior US Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing tax practice. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced tax professional who enjoys providing strategic tax guidance while leading complex client engagements.
Key Responsibilities Manage and review US corporate tax compliance and planning engagements. Provide strategic tax advice to corporate clients on cross-border and international tax matters. Review corporate and partnership tax returns and related tax filings. Conduct technical tax research and prepare recommendations for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor. Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications CPA designation required. Minimum 10 years of public practice experience specializing in US taxation. Strong knowledge of US federal and state corporate taxation, international tax reporting, and cross-border tax matters. Experience reviewing corporate and partnership tax returns. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
