Vous travaillerez dans un environnement hybride et serez chargé de traiter les demandes sur le terrain dans la région de Brossard. L'expert en sinistres traite activement les sinistres tout en veillant à optimiser les opportunités de développement commercial. Cela implique de mener des actions de marketing et d'assurer le suivi des opportunités en temps opportun. Responsabilités principales Contacter et assurer le suivi rapide des assurés et des demandeurs d'indemnisation. Enquêter sur la cause et faire rapport aux clients en formulant des recommandations solides. À l'aide des outils technologiques fournis (par exemple, Docusketch), évaluer l'étendue et déterminer le montant des dommages. Identifier les risques, recommander des provisions, recommander les enquêtes nécessaires pour évaluer les risques, préparer des plans d'action et négocier des règlements équitables et satisfaisants. Tout au long du processus de gestion des sinistres, vous fournirez un service client de haut niveau aux clients et aux assurés. Vous participerez et partagerez la responsabilité des exigences en matière de service client en dehors des heures de bureau lorsque cela sera nécessaire. Qualifications et expérience Diplôme d'études secondaires ; un diplôme universitaire ou une formation postsecondaire dans le domaine de l'assurance sera considéré comme un atout. Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive). Au moins 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en expertise en sinistres Engagement continu envers la formation et l'apprentissage ; en cours d'obtention du titre de CIP Licence d'expert en sinistres AMF valide - Classe 5A Bonnes capacités d'analyse, y compris l'identification des dynamiques de cause à effet Capacité à tirer des conclusions valables et à les communiquer efficacement. Capacité à interpréter des documents complexes de nature juridique, à effectuer et à comprendre des calculs numériques avancés, y compris l'analyse d'informations comparatives. Excellentes compétences en communication, notamment en matière d'écoute, d'entretien et de négociation ; capacité à adapter son style en fonction de son interlocuteur. Approche proactive et positive du service à la clientèle, garantissant que toutes les demandes sont traitées efficacement et en temps opportun. You will work in a Hybrid based environment supporting field requests within the Brossard area. The Claims Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Prompt contact and follow up with policy holders and claimants. Investigate the cause and report to clients with solid recommendations. Using supplied technology (e.g., Docusketch.), scope and establish quantum of damages Identify exposures, recommend reserves, recommend investigation required for exposure, prepare action plans, and negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements. Throughout the claims process, you will provide high level of customer service to clients and the insured. You will participate and share ownership and responsibility for after-hours customer service requirements when required Perform duties assigned to him/her in compliance with established work standards, policies and procedures Qualifications and Experience Completion of high school education; University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance will be given preference. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive). At least 3 years' relevant experience in claims adjusting Ongoing commitment to education and learning; currently pursuing CIP designation Valid AMF Claims Adjuster License - Class 5A Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause-and-effect dynamics Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them. Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information. Excellent communication skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, must be able to flex style appropriate to audience Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner.
