We acquire music catalogs from independent artists and have already partnered with over 100 artists worldwide. Backed by major players in music and tech, we are building a modern financial platform for artists - fast, fair, and artist-friendly.
Job description: As the first point of contact for artists, managers, and label representatives, you'll drive deal flow, build outreach systems, and represent Xposure Music professionally through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Generate a healthy deal flow using a data-driven approach
- Research and develop new methods to reach ideal contacts
- First point of contact for artists, artist managers, label representatives; clearly and professionally representing Xposure Music
- Organizing outreach cadence and contact records
- Collaborating with the A&R team on next steps in the sales process
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience (including internships)
- Outbound sales experience
- Experience with CRM and task management software (Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Linear)
- Highly organized and motivated individual
- Based in Montreal, hybrid work schedule
- Music industry experience is a plus
