Role: L2 Production Support Engineer – Reconciliation Applications Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite/Week) Fulltime

Experience 5–8+ years in L2 Application/Production Support within Banking, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking environments. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 production support for reconciliation and post-trade applications. Monitor and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA. Perform incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management. Support production releases, change requests, batch jobs, and application health checks. Work closely with L3, Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure platform stability. Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations as required. Required Skills Strong Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting. Strong SQL (Oracle/MS SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for production issue analysis and data validation. Experience supporting reconciliation, post-trade, settlement, or capital markets applications. Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL). Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, etc. Shell scripting for operational support and automation. Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Experience with IntelliMatch or other reconciliation platforms. Capital Markets or Investment Banking domain experience. Knowledge of production releases, batch scheduling (Autosys/Control-M), and DevOps/CI-CD processes. Experience supporting business-critical applications in 24x7 environments.
