Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Manage financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial services or related industry; dealership experience is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent customer service skills combined with a sales-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in math, accounting principles, and financial analysis tools
• Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $58,214.99-$175,048.76 per year
