Role Description We are hiring a Web3 Investment Strategy Manager to support investment research, market intelligence, and strategic analysis across cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, and blockchain-based financial ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on Web3 investment strategy, crypto market research, and digital asset opportunities.

The role involves researching Web3 sectors, evaluating digital asset opportunities, monitoring capital flows, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategy across blockchain, tokenized assets, DeFi, Web3 infrastructure, and crypto-native ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in cryptocurrency, Web3 investing, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and emerging financial technology opportunities.

Responsibilities • Lead research across cryptocurrency markets, Web3 sectors, blockchain networks, and digital asset opportunities • Monitor market trends, capital flows, token performance, liquidity conditions, investor sentiment, and ecosystem growth • Evaluate opportunities across DeFi, tokenized assets, stablecoins, infrastructure, digital ownership, and blockchain-based financial applications • Track developments across exchanges, protocols, Web3 startups, venture activity, regulatory updates, and on-chain market behavior • Review public blockchain data, market reports, news, research sources, investor updates, and analytics platforms to identify relevant insights • Develop investment strategy reports, market intelligence updates, opportunity summaries, and digital asset research materials • Support strategic discussions around portfolio exposure, market risk, capital allocation, and Web3 investment opportunities • Collaborate with team members on research, market analysis, blockchain development, fintech strategy, and Web3-focused initiatives • Maintain organized research materials, market watchlists, opportunity pipelines, and investment strategy notes

Qualifications • Strong interest in cryptocurrency, Web3 investing, digital assets, blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized markets • Familiarity with investment strategy, capital allocation, crypto markets, Web3 startups, or digital asset research • Understanding of market research, liquidity, token ecosystems, investor sentiment, risk factors, and blockchain-based financial systems • Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, financial research sources, or digital asset platforms is a plus • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills • Clear written communication and ability to present complex market insights effectively • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple research priorities • Previous experience in investment research, fund strategy, portfolio analysis, crypto research, venture research, fintech, or emerging technology research is helpful

Compensation Salary range: CAD115,000 - CAD140,000 per year depending on experience
