SummaryThe External Reporting team operates in an increasingly AI?enabled finance environment. We leverage automation, and emerging AI tools to enhance the quality, speed, and insight of external financial reporting?while maintaining rigorous professional judgment, strong controls and overall governance.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of the detailed financial analyses to the executive management team related to monthly/quarterly results, leveraging automation where appropriateSupport to user groups of our analyses (primary users - executive management, treasury, performance management, planning, investor relations)Ad-hoc analyses, memos and reports, including the use of AI-assisted tools for data exploration and draftingEnsure continuous improvement of tools, methodology, content and format of all analyses and presentationsCo-ordination with other finance groups at the business unit and corporate levels to standardize, automate, and enhance reporting processes.Critical QualificationsCPA with 2+ years of experienceBilingual and good communication skillsTeam player, dynamic and self-sufficientStrong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and ability to manage tight deadlinesAbility to analyse results and underlying business trendsComfort working in an AI-enabled environment, with the ability to apply professional judgment when using automation and AI-assisted tools, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across reporting and analysis processes through AI.Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
