Role reports to: Head of Finance Canada Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Business Unit Finance Manager’s will be part of the Canada Finance Leadership team with key stakeholders including the Head of Brand Growth, VP of Sales, and Commercial business partners (Squad Leads and Customer Leaders). This position is responsible for providing financial and business leadership across a diverse set of responsibilities including Trade Fund Management, Strategic Planning, Sales & BME planning \ forecasting, opportunity \ risk identification and mitigation, investment ROI optimization and performance results analysis. This role will also be responsible for leading, managing and developing SFAs within the team (Senior Financial Analyst). Kenvue Canada's corporate office is currently located in Markham, ON but is scheduled to move to North York (Yonge and Sheppard area) in or around Q3 2026. Key Responsibilities: • Provide financial leadership and work together with key business stakeholders and their team members to present analysis and provide recommendations to facilitate business decisions (i.e. ROI analysis, business trending…) and identify and manage business opportunities and risks • Lead and support the development of annual plans, forecasts and strategic plans which will require collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and other teams • Work with the NA Commercial Accounting, manage and lead the local BU responsibilities related to month/ quarter end close processes including financial submissions, variance analysis and reporting within compliance to KENVUE Worldwide policies (P&L focus on GTS (Gross Trade Sales), BMEs (Brand marketing expenses), Other Costs related to GP, and SG&A) • Lead enterprise initiatives and processes such as Strategic Planning, Plan/ Forecast process with leadership as requested • Proactively and effectively contributes to and influences the development of a Senior Finance Analyst(s). Provides direct support with timely and genuine 360 performance & development feedback. • Support and work closely with NA Commercial Accounting and Compliance team leaders with the Global Finance Operating Model • Proactively support the improvement of financial acumen within cross-functional partners through day-to-day interactions, mentorship and formal training opportunities What We Are Looking For Education and Experience Requirements: • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required with a preference for a specialization in Accounting or Finance. A Professional Accounting Designation (CMA/CA/CGA/ CPA) is desired • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Solid knowledge of Consumer packaged goods, strategic and financial concepts, compliance and technology. Knowledge & Technical Competency Requirements: • Provide financial leadership, influence and effectively partner across various multi-level and multi-functional stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Marketing and NA Commercial Accounting teams • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, influence and shape senior level business decisions • Ability to forge strong relationships with local business partners and regional authorities (i.e. NA Commercial Accounting) • Proven ability to work through ambiguity and be able to anticipate business partner issues and concerns and pro-actively provide various options/solutions • Demonstrated strong talent leadership and management skills. • Possesses strong technology acumen including high Excel and SAP S/4 proficiency. • Ability to deliver against goals \ objectives against established timelines within a dynamic and challenging environment • Evaluates and assumes a high accountability to the compliance of financial systems, policies, and processes. Appropriately and confidently identifies and addresses risk areas. What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$108,700.00 - $158,700.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
