Job Overview We’re seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead solution architecture and delivery for enterprise banking/insurance/wealth engagements. You will own the end-to-end technical design, hands-on implementation, integration patterns, and governance for scalable, secure, high‐quality Salesforce solutions aligned to business outcomes (KYC/Onboarding, Relationship Management, Lending, Claims, Advisors/Households, and Omni-channel Service). You’ll coach a cross-functional squad (admins, developers, QA, BA, data, integration) and serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Lead FSC target architecture: data model alignment (Person Account vs. Individual, Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Referrals), security model (role hierarchy, sharing rules, Territory, Platform Encryption/Shield), and Event-Driven/API-first design. Define integration architecture (MuleSoft/API-led, batch/near-real-time, platform events, Change Data Capture) with core banking, LOS, underwriting, custodians, data warehouses, and identity platforms (SSO/SAML/OAuth/JWT). Govern data strategy (Data Cloud, ETL/ELT, dedupe/matching, data quality, consent, archival/retention) and metadata management. Own NFRs: performance, scalability, resiliency, observability (e.g., Splunk/New Relic), multi-org/multi-geo strategy, and compliance (OSFI, PIPEDA, SOC2). Delivery & Leadership Translate business capabilities (Onboarding/KYC, Lending, Wealth Planning, Claims, Contact Center) into solution blueprints, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready/Done. Lead build with hands-on configuration and code reviews: Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, Async Patterns, External Services, Named Credentials. Establish DevOps (Git branching, CI/CD with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Bitbucket Pipelines, Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, packaging). Enforce quality: unit test coverage, mutation tests.
