Reporting to the Director, Financial Systems, As the Financial Systems Analyst you are responsible for providing day-to-day support for Ledcor’s financial systems implementations, ensuring they operate effectively, reliably, and in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Performing independently with minimal guidance, you are responsible for maintaining system performance, supporting users, resolving more complex issues, and contributing to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives that enable efficient financial operations.

Essential Responsibilities: Provide support for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of financial systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations Develop, maintain, and enhance custom reports that meet business, financial, and operational reporting requirements Monitor data integrity, perform system analysis, and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of financial systems Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex financial system issues, providing timely support to minimize business disruption Recommend and implement system and process improvements to optimize efficiency, functionality, and user experience Serve as a trusted advisor on JD Edwards financial modules and other financial systems, providing guidance and technical expertise to business stakeholders Deliver end-user training, develop user documentation and training materials, and promote best practices to support system adoption and knowledge sharing Collaborate with Finance and Information Services (IS) teams to gather requirements, update system logic and business rules, and align solutions with business needs Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements by coordinating testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, issue resolution, and go-live activities Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in financial systems and core financial processes Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities Working knowledge of enterprise financial systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), Concur, Coupa, or comparable ERP and financial management platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Proven ability to interpret and analyze large, complex datasets and understand data flows across key financial processes Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial business cycles, and internal control frameworks Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders Knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, or related industries is considered an asset Working Conditions: This is a hybrid role, working in the office 2 days per week with the flexibility of attending the office as the business requires Compensation $76,400.00 - $105,050.00 This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
