To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing As a Business Effectiveness Consultant you will be responsible for providing reporting and business analytics to support the immediate team and Senior Management. This includes creating and delivering regular and ad hoc reports, conducting analysis to support business decisions and initiatives, automating and standardizing reporting and processes, as well as supporting with finance-related tasks. How you'll succeed Data Analytics & Reporting: Gather key business metrics for reporting on a regular basis. Perform business analysis to support business decisions and initiatives. Understanding and Documenting Requirements: Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements. Leading and Mentoring: Support technology project implementation as a data subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems. Who you are You have strong business acumen, including 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably with at least 2 years of reporting and analytics experience in a Project Management environment and an interest in Finance & Accounting. Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, VBA and SQL is required. Experience with other analytics tools would be considered an asset. You put our clients first.
