The Software Developer provides our business with a fungible asset who works to improve quality of our own services. This role sits in our CIS Shared Service Group Team who are responsible for managing and enhancing our global, hybrid, corporate application portfolio. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain application feature base on standard software engineering standard. Performs TDD test driver design unit testing and maintains evidence of test plans and test results. Create automated integration end to end test for all the integrated applications and maintains evidence of test plans and test results. Codes, tests and debugs software programs and meets project plan goals under limited guidance from senior software developers. Works independently to design and develop small technical modules. Assists with repairing coding problems. Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate. Provides support through help desk; monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advise senior team members on performance of existing systems. Acts as a technical resource for other analysts on the team. Works with team to develop project plans and communicate software development plans. Required Skills: Knowledge of design and development experience with knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: MEAN (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node.js) open source stack, Github, Python. Core API microservice architecture design principals. Mobile application: Apple /Android. Intelligence Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Workflow including ML and AI. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment. Strong object-oriented design and coding skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to creatively solve problems. Hands on and good technical and functional knowledge of modern technologies and applications.
