As a Clinical Budget Analyst - Senior at ICON, you will be essential in developing and analyze pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators. What You Will Do: You will lead on pricing and investigator payments tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and developing pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and project requirements. Collaborating with clinical operations, finance teams, and investigators to gather data, assess cost structures, and develop accurate pricing models. Conducting financial analysis and benchmarking to evaluate pricing competitiveness and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Preparing detailed pricing reports and documentation, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and financial planning. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to pricing and financial management in clinical trials. Your Profile: You will have a strong foundation in pricing and investigator payments, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or experience in pricing analysis or clinical trial management are advantageous. Extensive experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy development, or cost management, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector. Proven ability to analyze complex cost data, develop pricing models, and provide actionable insights for financial decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
