Director of Finance and Operations
About the role
Reporting directly to the Assistant Head of School and working closely with the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors, the Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for the planning and management of all financial aspects of the school, as well as all administrative operations of the school including human resources, risk management, and special projects.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA designation; A minimum of five years experience in financial management and operations. Experience in an academic or not-for-profit environment is an asset; Solid understanding of relevant municipal legislation/policies and fundraising regulations is an asset.
