As an Associate Director, Institutional Sales at Hiive, you will help drive growth by building and expanding relationships with venture capital investors, institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. You will generate liquidity and trading volume on our platform through active relationship management and consistent sales execution. This is a client-facing role where success is measured by revenue, deal flow, and the relationships you build. In this role, your responsibilities would include: Building expertise in the secondary market for pre-IPO securities, including market dynamics, key participants, and Hiive's role in the ecosystem. Managing and growing a portfolio of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investor relationships, introducing them to Hiive's investment capabilities. Prospecting new clients, re-engaging dormant accounts, and executing sales campaigns to drive trading volume and platform adoption. Serving as a day-to-day relationship manager, delivering consistent, high-value communication to clients. Supporting the Director, Institutional Sales in identifying new investor pools and channels to expand Hiive's market share. Meeting sales performance metrics and building toward long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate will: Be a driven, communicative professional with a strong sense of urgency, solid work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and good organizational skills. Have a track record of meeting sales targets and building trusted relationships with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors. Bring 3–5 years of experience in investment sales, mutual fund sales, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or institutional sales and trading. Have a relevant educational background, such as a commerce or economics degree, or strong academic performance in a liberal arts or science program. Be FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or able to complete the registrations shortly after hiring. Compensation, Benefits & Perks: Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience and contribution.
