About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manager, Corporate Accounting to oversee corporate accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and support the month-end and year-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Oversee general ledger (GL) accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS or GAAP Manage corporate consolidations and support external audit requirements Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls Provide variance analysis and commentary on financial results for senior leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams Support system implementations and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications CPA designation required 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proven ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple close cycles Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Public accounting background an asset
