About the role
The client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master whose primary strength lies in people management: leading, motivating, and aligning teams across multiple squads in parallel. The role extends beyond the traditional Scrum framework. The individual must be able to coordinate work between teams, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery cadence within a multi-project environment. An understanding of the IT context is expected to ensure credible communication with technical teams, but no business domain expertise is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with a certification (PSM1 or equivalent), which is standard for this level of experience.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT Junior or intermediate Scrum Master (less than 7 years in an explicit Scrum Master role). Purely theoretical profile or Agile coach without hands-on experience coordinating teams. Candidate who has only held the Scrum Master role for one team at a time. Business Analyst or Project Manager who calls themselves Scrum Master without a history of dedicated role experience. Candidate whose experience is mainly in the business field without an IT focus.
