Nous embauchons des conseillers en placement en développement dans le cadre de notre Programme de développement des conseillers en placement. Ce programme hautement spécialisé permet aux participants d’acquérir des connaissances approfondies dans les domaines techniques, financiers et interpersonnels, afin d’accélérer leur cheminement vers la constitution d’un portefeuille client prospère auprès de notre clientèle fortunée. Le programme comprend du coaching et de la formation améliorés, ainsi qu’une formation en succursale sur les systèmes, les produits et services, le développement stratégique des affaires et un soutien dédié à la gestion de la pratique pour vous aider à développer et faire croître votre entreprise. Responsabilités : Développer une clientèle composée de particuliers HNW et UHNW, de familles et de propriétaires d’entreprises Élaborer des stratégies complètes de gestion de patrimoine et de placement adaptées aux besoins des clients Formuler des recommandations relatives à la construction de portefeuille, la sélection de titres, le suivi et le rééquilibrage Mettre en œuvre un plan d’affaires axé sur l’acquisition de clients et la croissance de la part de marché grâce au développement des affaires, au marketing et à l’établissement d’un pipeline permettant d’identifier et de cultiver des relations avec des clients potentiels et des sources de recommandation externes Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente pour attirer, acquérir et fidéliser activement les clients / occasions de vente et références, afin d’augmenter la rentabilité et soutenir la croissance des affaires Adopter une approche Une seule TD (OneTD) avec vos clients en établissant des relations avantageuses entre vos clients et les partenaires TD, afin de fournir des conseils en gestion de patrimoine axés sur leurs objectifs et couvrant toute la gamme des produits et services Protéger les intérêts de l’organisation – identifier et gérer efficacement les risques Profil recherché : Diplôme universitaire en finance, administration, économie ou dans un domaine connexe Permis valide de représentant inscrit auprès du OCRI Désignations professionnelles telles que CFP, CIM et/ou CFA considérées comme des atouts Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience directement auprès de la clientèle dans un rôle axé sur les ventes ou les relations, de préférence dans un contexte de fonds communs de placement ou de courtage Solide connaissance du paysage des placements, des marchés et de la gestion de portefeuille Curiosité et désir de rester à l’affût des dernières tendances et d’être un leader d’opinion dans votre domaine Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Expérience entrepreneuriale démontrée et capacité à prospecter et gérer des relations clients Curiosité et désir de rester à l’affût des dernières tendances et d’être une référence dans votre domaine Programme de qualification en assurance de personnes (PQAP) à obtenir dans les 6 mois suivant l’embauche Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
