Job Description:
Job title: Account Manager (Mid Office) Mutual Funds Specialist Location: Montréal, QC H3C 1A3 Duration: 6 Months Hybrid role: 4 days per week in the office
Bilingualism: French and English required
Your role:
- Understand the structure and procedures for mutual fund operations (back office operations).
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by coordinating efforts with various internal departments and divisions of Bank.
- Ensure a high level of client service by keeping our clients informed of all new developments, products, and services relevant to their business needs.
- Ensure the prompt and complete resolution of all client issues and recommend improvements to policies and procedures with the ultimate goal of continuously improving our service delivery.
- Act as a liaison with various BNRI operational areas to ensure tasks are completed proactively and in a timely manner.
- Provide clients with guidance on BNRI policies, procedures, and training that directly impact their firm.
- Provide process improvement recommendations that will enhance the overall business relationship with clients.
Requirements:

University degree with at least two years of experience in a brokerage or service role

Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a definite asset

Knowledge of the regulatory aspects of the industry

Demonstrated expertise in mutual fund operations

Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
