Job summary
EToD is looking for a Financial Analyst for a global client of ours! In this role you will handle financial reporting activities and extend full support in month end closing activities including the preparation of monthly finance packages, forecasting and budgeting. This is a hybrid 6 month contract role with 2 days required onsite in Toronto. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and support month-end, year-end close and budgeting processes Prepare timely submissions of Magnitude Reporting; prepare and submit quarterly Financial notes Prepare and coordinate monthly internal financial reporting packages for management review Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations (must provide analytical insight that supports conclusions) Prepare monthly Income Statement comparison of Actuals to Budgets Prepare monthly variance analysis of Balance Sheet to budget and forecast Prepare monthly Operation Cash Flows (OCF) actual, forecast and budget Assist in month end closing activities of inventory and support other stakeholders in inventory related concerns Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field Ideal candidate will have a CPA and 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting & analysis SAP experience is preferred Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel External audit experience would be helpful Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-Starter and able to work independently Sound like YOU?
