This position is located at our sales and service dealership in Regina, SK.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for the revenue and profitability of all financing of whole goods transactions in the assigned area of responsibility. This position will sell finance and insurance programs to new and used truck/equipment customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively promotes financing, insurance, and warranty products, both internally and externally when necessary.
  • Formulates and implements business development procedures, including comprehensive business planning.
  • Produces monthly reports encompassing financial activities, challenges, and outcomes pertinent to the role.
  • Engages with prospective and existing clients to establish enduring rapport for their future financial requirements.
  • Monitors contract collections for a period of up to 30 days, offering recommendations for effective collection strategies.
  • Cultivates and nurtures strong relationships with lending institutions.
  • Attends mandatory management meetings as scheduled.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with and adherence to the company's Health & Safety Manual

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Finance is preferred

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Thorough understanding of privacy laws.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents

• Valid Driver's License.
