We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Warranty & Engineering to work in an environment that fosters world-class professional development. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • As a member of the Finance team, your main mandate will be to account for, analyze and explain variances between actual financial results, the budget, projections and the previous year.
  • Draw up warranty and engineering budgets and projections.
  • Act as a resource person to establish links between the warranty, quality, engineering and marketing departments.
  • Present end-of-season analyses to managers.
  • Participate in the company's month-end process and ensure the validity of financial statements.
  • Ensure monitoring and rigour in existing internal controls, as well as in the controls to be implemented and improved.
  • Participate in various special projects.
  • Implement lean efficiency initiatives and make profitability analyses.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in administration or accounting; a CPA designation would be an asset.
  • At least five (5) years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing. The ability to process, consolidate and explain data and financial information for our international entities.
  • The ability to use advanced Excel functions, SAP, ACCESS, Power Point and Power BI.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL would be an asset.
  • The ability to promote teamwork.
  • Curiosity, superior analytical and synthesis skills, willingness to learn, good planning and organizational skills.
