We are looking for a Tester to join our team in our Montreal office!

As a Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products and helping to deliver high-quality, reliable software that meets the needs and expectations of end users.

Your day as a Tester

  • Testing Software Functionality: verify that the software performs according to specifications and requirements.
  • Identifying Bugs and Defects: actively seek out bugs, defects, and usability issues within the software, reporting them to the development team for resolution.
  • Ensure that the software meets quality standards and complies with industry regulations and guidelines: Quality Assurance.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and testing strategies to effectively cover all aspects of the software and ensure comprehensive testing: Test Planning and Strategy.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes or updates to the software do not introduce new defects or impact existing functionality: Regression Testing.
  • Evaluate the software from the end user's perspective, ensuring that it is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets usability requirements: User Experience Testing.
  • Assess the performance and scalability of the software, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization: Performance Testing.
  • Evaluate the software's security measures, identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring that sensitive data is protected against unauthorized access or breaches: Security Testing.

Our ideal candidate

  • Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge in PowerApps Suite.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
  • Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
